The Human-bird book series

It is finally over! I finished taks today and it was sooooo boring. Yesterday we had math and today we had reading. Tomorrow and Monday the eighth-graders are taking their taks, so it will still be pretty quiet. Again, I must say that I am reading a new series called Maximum Ride and it is so good.It is about these kids that are 98% humans and 2% birds, so they can fly and it is about their adventures. I am on the third one, Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports, and it is so good. Although the first one, The Angel Experiment, is still my favorite. It has all the action and drama. But the third one has the most romance, mostly between the two characters Max (a girl, not a guy) and Fang. I think they are soooo cute together. Everyone who is reading this should totally read the books, but of course they might not like it. I like those action books. And you all know I love twilight, but I officially like this better. All my girls in Bandera, don't worry I still love it, but I have to face it that this is better. Sorry

Rain Away TAKS

oh my gosh!!!! for those of you who are in Bandera, we got rained out. We were supposed to have the math TAKS and last night we had a HUGE storm and they canceled school!!!! So we have to make it up and we can't make it up tomorrow because we have the reading test, so I have no idea when I will be making it up. All day I was reading the Maximum Ride series (it is an awesome series!) and then my grandma and I went to the book store and I got two books. The last of one of my series' and another doctor who book, don't ask what that is, for taks later. So let's hope that can go to school tomorrow because we can't delay taks any longer. This was actually my first day to be rained out. Since I was not here during the hurricane this was my first time EVER to have a rainy day this bad. It was pretty fun and I'm glad that I didn't take taks because I was dead tired. Also on the plus side, I went to IHOP with my grandparents, but on the down side, my parents were downtown from five until one so my dad could have a test run. When my grandma dropped me off at home they were both asleep. Luckily, I had a key!!! haha! So better hear your comments soon!!! :)

freak out one night, gaming another!!!

I went to my neighbor Autumn's birthday party yesterday and we went to the drive in. Well, we went to see 17 Again (Great movie, I recommend going to see it) and also The Haunting in Conneticut! That was the freakiest movie I have ever seen. I actually covered my eyes most of the time and listened to my ipod, but I saw half of it and heard about a fourth of it and it was creepy. If you get scared easily, don't go see it, you'll have nightmares. Afterward, we all spent the night at her house and then this morning we woke up at about 8:30 and played Scene It, which was a b-day present, for about 2 whole hours. I won one out of the four games we played and then I had to go home. My friend Madi is spending the night tonight and it is the first time she has, so we'll see if she has fun. Other than that I am soooo tired so let's hope I can get some sleep tonight, but that probably won't happen. haha

Welcome to my Blog

Hey my people! I am new at this whole thing and it might take me awhile to adjust, but here we go. If any of our friends who read this have a blog and can give me any tips, that would be great. My mom has one, but she stopped using when we moved back to Houston. It is great and has some funny stories of when we were in Bandera, so check it out too. It is angieinbandera.blogspot.com. I know this is short, but after all it is my first. So tune in later for more stories and I hope you check out my twilight poll.
